Ecstatic dance is a world wide phenomenon. Its is a form of expressive movement and free-form dance that encourages participants to connect with their bodies and emotions. Your body carries so much wisdom and knows deeply within how to move through live.

The experience involves a mix of music, different with every DJ, from upbeat to ambient, allowing dancers to express themselves freely and authentic. It's a celebration of live with everything including, community, and the joy of movement.

To move freely and be able to go inwards it's important there is a safe space. With a solid and enthusiastic team, Jo-Anne(Holistic Coach, Doula and bodywork), opens the field. By conscious opening the space, connecting with high vibe energy, before and during the dance opening, we strive for a truly safe space.

The openings are different every event, always with a invitation to go inward and feel, to connect all dancers, open up to new experiences and be surprised.

Dance is a medicine. It enables us to tap into our emotions, feel, let go or embrace. Let live move through you and feel reborn after the dance. We encourage you to move however you want, stamp, roll, jump or maybe just move your spine very subtle.
